Tasting Room

We offer a variety of tasting packages with our “Experience The Roots” package starting at $10 per person which is waived when our loyal patrons purchase 2 bottles. Please click here to learn more about our wine tasting package fees.

Our tasting fees are refundable based on the wine experience that you choose. At Vasanti Estate Winery, we take pride in crafting small-lot wines of exceptional quality. This commitment entails meticulous attention to detail and resources allocated for each tasting experience. Our Roots Tasting experience is refunded if patrons purchase two bottles of wine. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing our unique wines with you.

We accept all digital payment methods such as VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac. For security purposes, we kindly reject cash payments at our tasting room.

Yes, we actually encourage you to book a reservation to ensure availability for your tasting.

All booking deposits are refundable if you cancel prior to 24 hours before your reservation at Vasanti Estate Winery. Cancellations can be done by our online booking platform or by calling our tasting room at (778) 801-4333.

Yes! We offer tastings, as well as wine by the glass or bottle on our patio.

Yes, we do have a picnic area located on the backside of our tasting room. Patrons who would like wine by the glass or their own bottle can seat themselves in our picnic area!

We offer charcuterie board spreads and “grab and go” options if you’d like to self-serve. 

Yes, we do offer a charging station to our patrons which is located in the parking lot at Vasanti Estate Winery.

Yes, we are big dog lovers! Dogs are welcome during any tasting on our patio or picnic area.

Yes, we do offer an assortment of merchandise such as hats, hoodies, candles, wine glasses, t-shirts and more!

Every customer in our system will gain loyalty points on all purchases made in our tasting room and online (pre-tax). You may use these points on future purchases made at the winery or online.

Every $1 you spend, you will receive 1 point. Every point is equal to $0.01 and you will receive a bonus 500 points for registering your account.

Wine Club

Yes, we offer two wine club memberships for those who wish to explore our exclusive releases and receive special benefits. The Aurora Wine Club and The Helios Wine Club offer flexibility to our wine club members regardless of if you are a wine newbie or an enthusiast. As a member, you’ll enjoy regular shipments of our carefully curated wines, discounts, invitations to member-only events, and more!

Joining our wine club is easy. Simply visit our website and navigate to the wine club section. Choose between our Aurora or Helio wine club and sign up online. You’ll start receiving your handpicked wines and member benefits right away.

Our Aurora wine club is subscription-based, meaning your first order will ship shortly after you signing up. You will have the option to pick all of your wines every time you receive a shipment.

Our Helios wine club is a traditional club, in a “non-traditional” way. Club packages are sent out on set dates, however the packages are completely customizable to suit your preferences.

We believe freedom and flexibility are very important when it comes to any wine club! You will always have have ultimate flexibility within our club options.

By joining either of the Zephyr Wine Club or The Aurora Wine Club, you’ll receive shipments of our exceptional wines directly to your doorstep at the frequency you decide. In addition, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to limited releases, special discounts on purchases, invitations to member events, and more!

If you decided that you’d like to cancel your wine club membership, you can simply change this by logging into your account and clicking “Cancel.” Keep in mind, we do offer the ability to skip a shipment if you are looking to postpone any shipments!

Yes, you can! Simply login to your account and click the option to skip a shipment. We understand that life happens and wanted our clubs to offer flexibility! You may skip 1 shipment per year. If you choose to skip more, you may lose your membership status as a wine club member.

Aurora Club members receive 2 points for every $1 spent, while Helios Club members receive 4 points for every $1 spent.

Unfortunately not. Due to the automated process of club shipments, they are tied to your credit card on file and cannot have points used towards them. However, you still earn loyalty points on all club shipments.

Wine Information

Yes, many of our wines are suitable for aging. We carefully select and craft our wines to develop complexity and depth over time. Please refer to the specific wine descriptions on our product catalog for aging recommendations.

You can purchase wines directly from our website, www.vasantiwines.com. Simply browse our selection and add your desired wines to your cart. We offer secure online payment options for your convenience and ship all of our wines from Oliver, B.C.

Our wines are also available at specific retailers and restaurants. You can find Vasanti Wines near you using our store locator by clicking here.

All of our wines are shipped with temperature regulation via ATS Healthcare to ensure that the quality of the wines is not affected by heat or cool temperatures.

Yes, you can! Please refer to our Google page for our most up-to-date hours. In the off-season, you can email hello@vasantiwines.com to arrange a pickup time.

Yes, you will be able to visit our winery tasting room located at 7222 Highway 97, Oliver, B.C. in early 2024. Experience the beauty of our vineyards, learn about our winemaking process, and indulge in a guided tasting of our handcrafted wines. No, we are currently not offering any vegan wines.

No, we are currently only able to ship in Canada.

Vasanti Estate Winery produces a variety of wines from the South Okanagan including reds, whites, rosés, and sparkling wines. Our range includes classic varietals such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Gris, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and more!

The recommended serving temperature for our wines may vary depending on the varietal. As a general guideline, most of our red wines are best served between 16-18°C (61-64°F), while white and rosé wines are typically enjoyed chilled between 8-12°C (46-54°F).

Once opened, it is recommended to consume our wines within a few days to preserve their freshness and flavor. However, some red wines may retain their quality for a slightly longer period. Proper storage in a cool, dark place with oxygen removal and a wine stopper can help extend the shelf life.

Our vineyards are nestled in the beautiful South Okanagan. Our paradise block is located at the Vasanti Estate winery tasting room in Northern Oliver, B.C. Our East Bench and West Bench Blocks are located in sunny Osoyoos, B.C. All of our premium quality fruit is grown by Monarch Vineyards.

If a bottle is damaged, flawed, we gladly offer a replacement or refund. To process such a request, we kindly ask the customer to return the remaining portion of the original bottle.

It’s essential to note that, as per legal regulations, we can only accept returns of alcoholic beverages if the product is corked or genuinely flawed. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for wine damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or if the wine was ordered in error.
