Club Terms & Conditions

  • By signing up for one of our wine clubs, you are committing to a minimum of 3 club shipments. These shipments are in Spring, Summer and Fall of each year.
  • You agree to pre-authorize Vasanti Estate Winery Ltd. to charge your credit card on file for all club shipments during the course of your membership.
  • If you wish to cancel your membership, you must provide notice in writing at least 30 days prior to the date of your next club shipment.
  • Providing insufficient notice to cancel your membership will result in the cancellation taking place after your next shipment.
  • If you wish to cancel your club membership prior to receiving your minimum commitment of 3 club shipments, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to your credit card on file, prior to the cancellation of your club membership. If you have already met your commitment of 3 wine club shipments, no cancellation fee shall apply.

Conditions of club benefits

  • Benefits tied to club memberships are meant to be used the primary account holder of the club membership. These benefits may always be extended to a +1 that is listed on file, ex: spouse, partner, or close friend.
  • Members may request to skip one club shipment annually, but may not skip two shipments consecutively. This benefit is at the discretion of the winery.
  • Requests made to skip a club shipment must be made at least 7 days prior to the date of your next shipment.
  • You may request to put your club membership on hold. Only club members that have received 3 club shipments may request to put their membership on hold. While on hold, you do not gain any benefits from your club membership. Your membership may be on hold for no longer than 6 months or at the discretion of the winery. Club holds are automated and your club benefits will reactivate after the elapsed period of your hold has concluded.
