Visiting Vasanti — Common Questions
Yes — we keep later hours than most wineries in Oliver, with evening tastings in peak summer, so you can settle in rather than rushing a mid-day visit. Hours shift through the season, so check today’s hours on Google before you come. Beyond the wine, we’re a full experience: estate-grown wines, a food lounge, cocktails and beer, a wine garden, and a private lounge — all on one estate in the South Okanagan.
Vasanti Estate Winery is at 7222 BC-97 in Oliver, BC, in the heart of the South Okanagan wine region. We’re about 20 minutes north of Osoyoos, 45 minutes south of Penticton, and roughly 1 hour 15 minutes from Kelowna — right on Highway 97, easy to find on your Okanagan wine tour.
We’re open daily, but our hours shift with the season — later in peak summer, earlier in the off-season, and they can vary by day of the week. For today’s exact hours, please check our Google listing, which we keep up to date. We recommend booking ahead, as walk-in availability is limited, especially on weekends.
Walk-ins are welcome but availability is very limited, so we strongly recommend reserving ahead — especially for our guided experiences and on weekends. You can book any tasting online in a couple of minutes through our reservation page.
Our tastings range from $10 for The Roots (self-guided, three wines) to $20 for The Journey (a guided premium tasting) and $50 for The Artistry, our private club-exclusive experience. Your tasting fee is waived when you purchase two bottles, and The Journey is complimentary for wine club members. If you’re considering joining, membership quickly pays for itself in waived tastings, exclusive wines, and member perks.
Plan for about 15–20 minutes for a self-guided Roots tasting, 45–60 minutes for the guided Journey, and 75–90 minutes for The Artistry or our Vine to Glass Tour. Many guests stay longer to enjoy a glass, food, and the wine garden — especially in summer, when we keep later evening hours.
We offer four experiences: The Roots ($10) — a self-guided tasting of three wines; The Journey ($20) — a guided tasting of our premium Radiance Collection, complimentary for club members; The Artistry ($50) — a private guided experience in our lounge, exclusive to wine club members; and our Vine to Glass Tour & Tasting ($50) — a 90-minute guided vineyard and production tour, running Saturdays at 11 AM from May through September.
